Press release: Cambodia and Japan sign exchange of notes on two grant projects

His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and His Excellency UENO Atsushi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Cambodia, signed the Exchange of Notes and accompanying documents on the extension of the Government of Japan’s Grant Aid to the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia for two projects as stated in the document.
